❤️ COMMUNITY EVENT IN AARHUS ❤️

We will each month celebrate the teachings of our school in a Heart Gathering for our students and curious souls who are not yet part of our community, each event dedicated to a specific theme from the esoteric yoga or tantra course. The workshops will thus be an appetizer for the much more in depth courses that we offer weekly in our school. 🧘‍♀️

In this Heart Gathering will we dive into the land of Vishuddha Chakra; our throat chakra governing the element of Ether, the most subtle element of them all. When we have a harmoniously awakened Vishuddha chakra we feel naturally drawn towards silence and everything that is harmonious, refined, pure, elevated and we want to speak the truth, preferably with clarity and eloquent words 😃

This evening will consist of different exercises for activating our throat chakra, guided by some of our teachers. We will take you on a journey beyond time and space for the awakening of your intuition, refined sense of creativity and thirst towards understanding the mysteries of the universe ❤️ We will do yoga and breath work together with vowels singing, we will have a presentation of the stars and space and we will have a dance party.
