Build it and they will come, or will they? If you build a beautiful facility and program, it like we did in the 60's you could be in trouble. Which is why TAP LLC is cultivating the motto 'Programming Precedes Design'. We must analyze the current programs to see if they are truly meeting the safety, health, and wellness needs of our communities. The same goes for analyzing how pools are built. You need to do due- diligence and learn what questions to ask so you can build the right size of aquatic facility to meet the needs of your community.

These are just some of the answers you will get by attending the Build A Pool+ Conference. The presenters, Mick and Sue Nelson, of TAP LLC and Kevin Post, of Counsilman Hunsaker will lead the attendees through the steps of building a pool project.

Total Aquatic Programming LLC is known for designing, developing, and delivering the methodology of the 4 Pillars for a functional and sustainable Aquatic Facility. It is easy to justify the importance of implementing the 4 pillars when you practiced the method day-in and day-out. The BAP presenters have the experience to share their knowledge not just giving you concepts.

This is not just a Build a Pool Conference, but the BAP information will play a major part in your success. This conference will be conducted, 3 full days to deliver more essential info. It will be a conference that is both unique and cutting edge, discussing feasibility, fundraising, program planning and equipment options.

Hotel Reservations - Cutoff date to receive group discount: 7.07.2023

Guest rooms: start at $179.00. Incidental expenses will be the responsibility of the individual.

Two options to make your hotel reservation.

Each room is reserved on an individual basis by a guest by calling Great Wolf Customer Contact Center at 844-554-9653 or visiting our website at www.greatwolf.com by 07-07-2023. Each caller must identify themselves as a member of the group with the Block Offer Code 2308BUIL and provide the first night’s room and tax as a deposit using a major credit card. Each room has up to 72 hours prior to check-in to cancel the individual room. If the room is cancelled within 72 hours of check-in, 100% of the first room night plus tax will be charged to the credit card or taken from the deposit, as applicable.

Attendee Registration Rates

Early Registration: $299.00 from November 1, 2022, to January 31, 2023

Regular Registration: $399.00 from February 1, 2023, to August 1, 2023

Group Registration: $319.20 register 5+ attendees and receive a 20% discount February 1, 2023, to August 1, 2023

GROUP DISCOUNT

• If you have a group of 5 you will receive a 20% discount.
• If you have a group of 4 you will receive a 15% discount
• If you have a group of 3 you will receive a 10% discount
• If you have a group of 2 you will receive a 5% discount.

On Site Registration: will incur an additional $50 processing fee

REFUNDS: If you request a refund more than 30 days before the first day of the BAP+ Conference you will receive 75% of the paid amount less any credit card fees.

Early Registration: $499.00: register by January 31, 2023

Regular Registration: $599.00 register by February 1, 2023, to July 31, 2023

Late Registration: $699.00 register after July 31, 2023

NOTE: Each company registered includes 1 employee per company. Additional employees may be added for a cost of $100, which covers our direct costs for meals provided. You will register your employees at a later date prior to the conference.

Transportation from Colorado Springs Airport or Denver Airport will be provided by Turtle Palace Shuttle https://turtlepalaceshuttle.com/ or call us directly @ 719.649.9257. All Turtle Palace Shuttle Rides are by Appointment Only and they book at least 72 hours out of date of reservation.

Follow I-70 E from UT-29 E, UT-10 S/State St and Co Rd 803. Continue on I-70 E to El Paso County. Take exit 153 from I-25 S. Continue on Interquest Pkwy. Use the left 2 lanes to turn left onto Federal Dr.

From I-25 N:

Follow I-25 N to Interquest Pkwy in Colorado Springs. Take exit 153 from I-25 N. Continue onto Interquest Pkwy. Use the left 2 lanes to turn left onto Federal Dr.

From I-70 W:

Follow I-70 W to exit 76 for US-40 W toward Oakley/Sheron Springs. Follow US-40 W and CO-94 W to US-24 W in Cimarron Hills. Turn left onto US-40 W. Turn right onto US-287 N/US-40 W. Turn left onto CO-94 W. Take CO-21 N to CO-83 S in Colorado Springs. Use the left 2 lanes to turn left onto US-24 W. Take the exit onto CO-21 N/N Powers Blvd. Keep left to continue on CO-21 N.
