CONFERENCE OVERVIEW

CONFERENCE RESCHEDULED FOR MARCH 23-25, 2023

**

The Heart-Bending Mentorship Conference is about one thing: Becoming better mentors and mentees to this current and rising generation.

The 21st century has brought rapid change to the Church. Some of those changes have been positive, and others have caused the global congregation to face some of its greatest challenges.

The Heart Bending Mentorship Conference provides an opportunity for established, emerging and rising leaders, established mentors, mentoring teams and those seeking or pursing mentoring opportunities to explore how fresh and unique apostolic-prophetic mentoring models are and how they can impact traditional and non-traditional leadership designs in our rapidly changing culture.

As increasingly diverse and nontraditional communities emerge, we believe new strategies are needed to lead and engage those transitioning and bridging cultures. The Heart Bending Mentorship model presented at this extremely unique conference provides solutions, strategy, help and healing.

Rom. 12:1-21 NKJV

SCROLL TO BOTTOM TO SEE FLYERS OF PRESENTERS WHICH INCLUDE: Apostle Bernard Boulton, Apostle Pamela Brinkley, Apostle Theresa Harvard Johnson, Prophet L.A. Holts, Prophet Andrea M. Renfroe & Special Guest Dr. Ursula T. Wright. We are all co-presenters at this unique conference. Panelists for the mentee perspective sessions will be announced at the conference.

The Heart Bending Mentorship Conference will:

  • Host two-open forums on the need for apostolic-prophetic mentorship in the changing church with attendee participation and special guests

  • Clarify the role and need for a fresh view of mentorship in traditional and nontraditional ministries, fellowships and organizations (both secular and sacred)

  • Examine the dynamics of diverse communities and what mentorship looks like in these environments in these environments for those leading them

  • Explore the roadblocks of mentorship across generations in the prophetic church, and how key strategies can help build highways and bridges that strengthen our communities

  • Focus on healing the inner-man of believers who have been negatively impacted by misguided mentorship and mentoring concepts

  • Use off-site excursions, team building exercises, group meals, late night chats, and open conversations to facilitate the sessions in a hands-on approach for both presenters, participants and guest panelists

  • Address pitfalls to avoid, best practices, the challenges of mentorship, the challenges of being a mentee and effective solutions, strategies that can propel healthy, thriving mentoring relationships in hopes of creating a culture where both the mentee and the mentor can thrive.

This conference is only for registered participants. There are no sessions open to the public. Our goal is to demonstrate the power of connection, bonding, group teaching/mentoring and community from the beginning of the conference until the end. Every presenter and guest panelist are a part of an existing mentoring group AND most of them are also mentoring others with individual relationships with their mentor ranging from five years to over a decade.
