This is an in-person event for anyone in the event industry. Feel free to bring your friends from the industry to join us! Masks are recommended and social distancing encouraged.

Our timeline for the event will be:

• 5:30pm to 6:00pm - Committee Meetings (join an ILEA Austin committee: Communications, Membership, or Programs)
• 6:00pm to 8:00pm - Happy Hour Time

We are planning to have our in-person committee meetings starting at 5:30pm before the happy hour begins. Please join us for one of the committees and help shape the direction of ILEA Austin.

Join us for ILEA's August happy hour at South Congress Hotel! 5:30 committee meeting at the Studio, and then starting at 6pm (going to 8pm) happy hour will commence in the Library section in the Lobby Bar on the 1st floor.

We will have discounted valet at $8/car (normally $12). Self parking is $4/hour at hotel garage. Otherwise, there is limited street meter parking as well in the area.
