This is an in-person event for anyone in the event industry. Feel free to bring your friends from the industry to join us! Masks will be required and social distancing encouraged.

Our timeline for the event will be:

• 5:00pm to 5:30pm - Committee Meetings (join an ILEA Austin committee: Communications, Membership, or Programs)
• 5:30pm to 8:00pm - Happy Hour Time

We are planning to have our in-person committee meetings starting at 5:00pm before the happy hour begins. Please join us for one of the committees and help shape the direction of ILEA Austin.

Join us for ILEA's April happy hour at Armadillo Den! This expansive space is 90% outdoors and we will have our own private space where we can network among ourselves safely. Masks will be required and social distancing encouraged. Hope to see you there!

Parking for the event is limited. Armadillo Den has 20 parking spots you can park in so we encourage carpooling (within your Covid Bubble/circle) or ride-sharing. Otherwise, we are waiting to hear back from the venue to see if there are other parking areas available.
