Join me for an hour of mindful moments, yoga and relaxation.


The class will be structured as follows:


  • 20 minutes of MINDFULNESS techniques (incorporating some mindful colouring, some mindful listening, some mindful observations, some mindful eating, some breathing exercises)
  • 20 minutes of BEGINNERS YOGA (and this part will be aimed at total beginners)
  • 20 minutes of RELAXATION (time to de-stress!)


on Tuesdays (from 9.45am-10.45am) for 5 weeks starting Tuesday 23 April.


We start with 20 minutes of MINDFULNESS techniques (as above).


We will be doing around 20 minutes of yoga and this course is suitable for those who have never been to a yoga class before. It will be totally aimed at beginner level and we will be taking things very slowly.


We will finish with around 20 minutes of relaxation.


The session will be floor based although there are chairs available.


At times we share the venue with other events/meetings which can at times seem a little noisy. I think we notice this a bit more because we are so quiet!!


YOGA MATS, BLANKETS, CUSHIONS AND EYE PILLOWS WILL BE PROVIDED BUT PLEASE DO FEEL FREE TO BRING YOUR OWN IF YOU PREFER.
