Explore how to use benefits realisation management to optimise benefits from projects and change. Then know the different scenarios benefits realisation management is valuable for and how it works with other frameworks. Gain a ‘Benefiteer mindset’ – how to look at projects and change in new and more insightful ways.

Understand how to best get started and the steps to take. Develop your knowledge of the logical flow of information, activities and the key roles. You’ll build a solid level of knowledge and confidence in benefits realisation management.

Who is this course for?

This course is aimed at anyone who works with projects and change, regardless of technical or analytical backgrounds. No prior experience of benefits realisation management is required. This course is the foundation course for further levels of certification to build on.


How long is the course?

The course runs for one day when done face to face and five days remotely. It should take 8 hours to complete.
